Meet the Team Driving Baltic Ventures
Baltic Ventures is spearheaded by Claire Lewis, CEO and founder, whose vision has been instrumental in shaping the accelerator into a leading force for tech innovation. Claire is supported by a dedicated team: Mo, who leads on programme delivery; Rachel, who manages operations; and Becca, who fosters a strong and supportive community amongst participants. Together, they offer hands-on support at every stage of the founder journey, from early development to investment pitching.
Accelerator 2025: What’s on Offer
Applications are now open for Accelerator 2025, a 5-month part-time, in-person programme based in Liverpool (around 1.5 days a week). Designed to supercharge the next wave of mission-driven startups, the programme offers an incredible package, including:
- £30k in funding via an Advance Subscription Agreement (ASA), plus support in raising follow-on investment
- Structured masterclasses and personalised sessions led by exited founders and seasoned C-Suite executives
- One-to-one coaching to help refine your product, sharpen your pitch, and build your business

- High-profile Demo Day with the chance to pitch to an audience of 300+ investors and industry leaders
