Last year we teamed up with Transform Lives Company to link businesses in our community with the Kickstart scheme. We’re now taking full advantage of the scheme ourselves and are hiring two new roles for six-month periods.

The roles are varied, changing from day-to-day, allowing you to gain a diverse range of skills. You will play an active role in supporting the Creative & Digital community here and have a fantastic opportunity to connect with businesses in Liverpool. 

Salary: In-line with National Minimum Wage

Hours: 25 per week on a rota

Property Assistant

This role will support various aspects of the day-to-day property management across our estate. It will involve working closely with the Operations Manager, Facilities Officer and Operations Officer supporting tenants by: logging and reporting repairs, obtaining quotes, assisting with health and safety inspections, assisting with fire alarm and emergency lighting testing, reading meters, assisting with decorating works and minor repairs and maintenance jobs, and liaising with our various contractors and service providers.

Communications & Data Assistant

This role is to support the internal and external marketing and data collection for Baltic Creative CIC. You will support the team in the day-to-day delivery of communications for the business and will also assist in data collection and admin. This will involve such things as: supporting the tenants at Baltic Creative by marketing their work and helping develop and produce copy and photography for PR and social media. You will also gain valuable skills as you assist in maintaining and updating information and data on the company website.
