About Us

Since 2009, Baltic Creative has supported Liverpool’s creative and digital sector. We manage 120,000 sq. ft. of unique workspaces, supporting over 100 innovative companies and 400 jobs. Our community-driven model helped to transform the Baltic Triangle into one of the UK’s coolest neighbourhoods.

The Role

As a marketing manager in our small, dedicated team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact. Your main responsibilities will include creating and sharing engaging content, managing our social media platforms, promoting our events, and engaging with our vibrant community. This role will allow you to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking by developing campaigns that highlight the innovative work of our tenants and the dynamic environment of the Baltic Triangle.

We’re looking for someone with marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a creative spark. You should be social media savvy, have a knack for copywriting, and be skilled in digital marketing. Experience with video filming, editing, and tools like Hootsuite, Canva Pro, and Mailchimp is a plus.

We value detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Your ability to connect with people and build relationships will be essential in promoting events and encouraging a sense of community among our tenants.
