This conversation led Dale to envision a tour company that prioritises environmental responsibility, education, and community benefit.
Dale’s extensive background in Liverpool’s tourism industry provided the perfect foundation for this venture. He has worked with renowned institutions such as The Beatles Story, Liverpool City Sights, and Cavern City Tours. His roles have ranged from marketing manager to tour guide and manager of the world-famous Magical Mystery Tour of Liverpool. This wealth of experience has equipped Dale with the knowledge and insights needed to create a tour company that not only entertains but also educates and promotes sustainability.
Sustainable tourism with cultural flair
Liverpool Eco Tours offers a range of walking and bike tours designed to showcase Liverpool in a responsible and engaging manner, with a special emphasis on the city’s vibrant cultural heritage. One of the standout offerings is the Liverpool Walking Tour, which highlights the city’s efforts to meet the United Nations’ 17 sustainable development goals while also exploring Liverpool’s cultural milestones.
