Shop Front Studios

Given the success of our Shop Front Studios at 46 Jamaica Street our plans for 22 Jordan Street followed the same format – give tenants a shopfront so they can put a face to their business, and at the same time lift the visual identity of the area. We created 5 new shopfront mezzanine spaces facing onto Jamaica Street, along with 3 ground floor studios. Again all fully let on completion, these spaces have encouraged businesses to move their operations from Manchester and London into the Baltic Triangle.

Everyone at Baltic Creative has been instrumental in helping us find our feet in Liverpool. We moved into our initial space a year ago, and when we outgrew that space the team were amazing with their guidance, help and flexibility in finding us a new, bigger office. I knock on their door what can only be described as an annoying amount, but I’m always greeted by a smiling, helpful face. We’re very much settled in Liverpool now with the team growing more and more, and I’m not sure that would have been the case without the help of the Baltic Creative team.
