We’ve teamed up with Robyn at Balance and Movement to bring you some actual IRL, in-person, Pilates sessions!

We’ll be hosting two early morning taster sessions over the next few months so you can get a feel for the practice and get your exercise kick before you go about your business or start your working day.

Both sessions will be taking place in the new venue space at Chapters Of Us, Digital House on the following dates.

  • 9:00am – 9:45am on Thursday 29th July
  • 9:00am – 9:45am on Thursday 26th August

All abilities are welcome and these sessions are free to tenants at Baltic Creative and Northern Lights, including their staff.

As part of our Baltic Wellbeing initiative, we have partnered with a number of organizations in order to support our community of creative and digital businesses and their staff – providing a variety of health and wellbeing activities. Robyn has been running weekly sessions over the last year, including throughout the pandemic, and it’s proved to be a game-changer for many tenants. About Robyn at Balance and Movement

Pilates is a form of movement that can easily be incorporated into daily routine meaning it is not a means to an end, but rather an ongoing way to look after your body and mind. Robyn provides a weekly timetable of online (and some in-person) classes which cover a variety of principles. From intense body boost sessions, to more relaxed practices that focus on stretch and strength – there is a session suitable for everyone. As part of our Baltic Creative Wellbeing initiative, Baltic Creative and Northern Lights tenants have been given access to 1 free session per week with Robyn. www.balanceandmovement.co.uk.
