We’re excited to launch Bloom Talks – a new series of practical support sessions for Liverpool’s creative and digital community, designed to keep the energy of Bloom going all year round.
Baltic Creative CIC created Bloom in 2024 to support he creative and digital sectors across the North of England. May 2024 saw the inaugural business festival take place. It was a unique day of support, inspiration and connection designed to help start-ups and SMEs take their next step.
Then, in March 2025, we hosted Bloom for the second time. The event brought together bold thinkers to explore the future of our industries through panels, talks and one-to-one advice sessions. With collaboration at its heart, Bloom 2025 explored the challenges and opportunities facing our industries.

Keeping the Conversation Going
