Baltic Wellbeing Is Back!
The Baltic Wellbeing Programme is back – designed exclusively for our Tenant community.
From Wednesday 4th March, we’ll be hosting weekly 45 minute Pilates in The Shed from 1:00pm – 1:45pm.
Our instructor will be the brilliant Robyn Mcglinchey from Balance and Movement (based over at Northern Lights).
Pilates is a fantastic system of exercises that works the core muscles to build strength, improve posture and reduce posture-related aches and pains. Pilates is easily adapted to suit those who like to feel the burn as well as for those who just want to feel more relaxed. A mid-week lunchtime session is the perfect way to boost your concentration, relieve stress and carve out some wellness time in a hectic schedule.
It’s £3.00 per session to attend – we’ve tried to make it as affordable as possible and all proceeds will go towards improving our Health & Wellbeing offering in the future.
