The good news continues today! Two of Baltic Creative’s team members are finalists for Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023.
CEO, Lynn Haime, is a finalist for the Woman of the Year (Commercial) award. This will go to the woman whose successes stand out above all others. Someone who is outstanding in their field and a role model with a successful track record. As Baltic Creative’s first female CEO, Lynn’s focus on improving inclusivity and collaboration amongst the team was immediately apparent. She is an encouraging leader, visiting schools to advise young people on pathways into the industry and empowering the team to progress in their roles. Good luck, Lynn!

Marketing and communications officer Becky Birchall is also a finalist for the Unsung Hero (Commercial) award. This award shines a light on the exceptional talent of those in the team whose voices are not often heard, but who contribute everyday to the success and culture of the businesses they work for. Becky frequently goes over and above her given role to support our tenants and generates ideas to champion the businesses who need it most. Well done, Becky!
