Baltic Creative CIC is seeking to appoint a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to run the reception desk at its Head Office at the Baltic Creative Campus.
Baltic Creative was established in 2009, with the ambition to support the growth of Creative & Digital industries in Liverpool, through the development of property. Through a sector-led, community ownership model we now manage 120,000 sq./ft of space, supporting 180 companies and 650 jobs. We have been the catalyst for the regeneration and establishment of the Baltic Triangle area; and the place for the C&D sector in Liverpool to prosper.
In 2020 we changed our Memorandum & Articles, broadening our concept and remit to cover the Liverpool City Region’s six boroughs. Our ambition is to own and manage 500,000 sq./ft across the region by 2026 supporting 600 companies and 3,000 jobs.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focussed person. You will be the first point of contact, dealing with a wide variety of day-to-day enquiries and administrative tasks; including the following activities:
- Dealing with enquiries via email, phone and in person
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants
- Organising the onsite meeting spaces and bookings
- Signing out keys and fobs
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Database administration
- Supporting the Team with day-to-day property issues
- Ordering stock
- Assisting with health and safety, with an opportunity to become first-aid trained
- Supporting the Team with any other administrative tasks as needed
