Ros is Baltic Creative’s Office Administrator, providing operational and administrative co-ordination across the organisation and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From answering queries to supporting colleagues across the team, she’s often the friendly face or helpful voice people first meet when they get in touch.

She brings more than 10 years’ experience across the maritime, healthcare and hospitality sectors, building a strong background in customer service, administration and day-to-day operations. Before joining Baltic Creative, Ros was a first point of contact for students, customers and visitors at both a UK superyacht training school and an award-winning global harbour towage company. She enjoys finding ways to make processes simpler, supporting those around her and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Away from Baltic Creative, Ros volunteers as an RNLI Lifeboat and Hovercraft Crew Member, where teamwork, quick thinking and helping others are all part of the role.

Outside Baltic Creative

Music has always been a big part of Ros’s life and, by her own admission, she has an “eclectic taste”. If she’s not at a gig, you’ll probably find her at the theatre or cinema enjoying the latest performance or film.

Her love of the performing arts began at a young age when she volunteered with the sound and lighting team at the Floral Pavilion Theatre. She later studied sound and audio engineering to build on that passion. Ros also plays guitar and piano (self-taught), but singing is her favourite pastime – especially if there’s a karaoke microphone nearby, where she’s usually first in the queue.
