Lynn Haime

Lynn leads Baltic Creative as CEO, working with the team, Board and partners to help creative businesses and communities thrive. Lynn qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 30 years ago and has spent most of her career working alongside creative and digital businesses across the North West. Before joining Baltic Creative, she held senior roles at some of the region’s best-known organisations, including 11 years at award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash and eight years at MediaCity in Salford, the internationally recognised hub for creative, tech and broadcasting businesses.

As CEO, Lynn leads Baltic Creative’s strategic vision while supporting the team, tenants and wider creative community. She’s passionate about creating places where creative businesses can thrive and making sure our neighbourhood continues to grow in a way that benefits the people and organisations who call it home. She also sits on a number of local and regional boards including as Chair of Dot Art Service CIC, Member of Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Business & Enterprise Board, part of Liverpool City Council’s Global Liverpool Partnership, and on an Industry Liaison Panel at LJMU helping strengthen connections between education, the public sector and the creative industries.

Outside Baltic Creative

Her cycling and squash days may be behind her now (her words, not ours!), but her creative streak is still very much alive. She’s a member of Liverpool Indie Choir, volunteers at Woolton Picture House and, when she gets the chance, can usually be found at the piano or making macramé – with several hanging plant holders proudly displayed around the office.

With a lifelong love of architecture and interior design, Lynn is also in an ongoing battle with her Rightmove habit and is always on the lookout for her next mid-century modern masterpiece.
