Elsie

Elsie is Baltic Creative’s resident pooch and self-appointed Head of Security. She takes her role very seriously, keeping a close eye on the buildings, welcoming visitors and making sure no delivery driver goes unnoticed.

When she’s not carrying out regular security patrols (usually from a comfy spot by the window), Elsie can often be found making the rounds of the office in search of attention, treats or someone willing to throw a ball. She’s fiercely loyal to Baltic Creative CEO Lynn, rarely venturing far from her side, and is always on hand to boost team morale with a wagging tail and plenty of enthusiasm.

Outside Baltic Creative

Away from her security duties, Elsie’s favourite pastimes include people watching, napping in strategic locations, playing tug of war and collecting as many belly scratches as possible.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you’re part of the Baltic Creative community, there’s a good chance Elsie will be the first to welcome you through the door with a friendly bark or two. Throw her a ball and you’ll have a friend for life. Bring treats, and you might just find yourself promoted to favourite human.
