Baltic Creative doesn’t just provide tailored spaces for creative and digital businesses. We provide the tailored facilities those businesses need to be comfortable and get stuff done.

High speed broadband

Broadband is the lifeblood of creative and tech businesses, especially anyone working in the Internet of Things or Big Data who guzzle serious bandwidth on an hourly basis. That’s why all our buildings are connected with superfast 500Mbps download and upload broadband, with affordable connection rates scaled for tenants of different sizes.
We’ve also made sure to pick a reliable supplier who is highly responsive to any issues, so you won’t be left stranded when there are upgrades or outages.

Cycling facilities

We’re strong believers in sustainable, green transport, plus we’re creative types, so it will come as no surprise that we love bikes.
We love them so much we created our own tenant pool bike scheme. You can borrow a bike to pop to the shops, get to meetings across town or take a leisurely lunchtime spin. We’ve also got secure cycle parking both indoors and outdoors across the estate, and CityBike Stations located right outside the Creative Campus on Jamaica Street and Northern Lights on Grafton Street.

Fully equipped kitchen

Our new kitchenette facilities are stocked with all the bits and bobs that you need to fuel the average creative working day. From an instant hotwater tap (so no more waiting for the kettle to boil) to toasters, microwaves and crockery and cutlery, we’ve got the lot. And when you’re done, we’ve got dishwashers to take care of the dishes.

On-site car parking available

We offer free parking permits to our tenants and have over 100 dedicated parking spaces on our private land across the estate. But they’re first come first served, and with 120+ businesses on site you might need to skip your lie-in if you really need one.

24 hour manned security & CCTV

We want all our tenants to feel safe any time of day, especially if you work with expensive equipment or store sensitive documents. So we have 32 CCTV cameras inside and out, all of which can be monitored by Baltic Creative’s management team at any time, 24/7.

We also work closely with a local security firm Crown Management Services Ltd. Based just down the road at Brunswick Docks, their staff know the area like the back of their hand and provide manned security services for us from 7pm–7am, 7 days a week.

Newly fitted toilet & shower facilities

Whether you’ve pulled an all-nighter or enjoyed a pre-work yoga session, we want to you to be able to freshen up any time you need. In fact the Baltic Triangle is home to a number of health and wellbeing businesses, so it’s common for tenants to work out around work hours.
You’ll find fully accessible WC’s and showers across site, for whenever you might need them.
