Baltic Creative took possession of this single storey light industrial warehouse in January 2016 and undertook a 6 month refurbishment programme to create 9 new studios totalling 5,800sq/ft of lettable space. The building combines exposed brick, concrete flooring, Viroc cladding and glass to retain an industrial aesthetic with modern and minimalist design.
