General description of the job:
To ensure accurate and timely updating of the bookkeeping system of Lasso.
You will report to the Royalties & Finance Consultant and the CEO of Lasso.
You will consult on a regular basis with the:
• Lasso accountants and auditors in the UK
• Lasso colleagues around the World
• Director of Finance of Fintage House group

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the day-to-day work in relation to the bookkeeping for Lasso Rights
Ltd.

General tasks (include, but are not limited to):
 Updating P&L with client earnings and payments
 Updating bookings connected to Invoices and Bills
 Allocating revenue and costs to the appropriate ledgers
 Reconciling bank transactions with bookkeeping system
 Reviewing client balances
 Performing regular spot and quality checks
 Collaborating with accounting department and colleagues to produce monthly and annual
financial statements and performance reports

Skills and qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with
the following skills and qualifications:
• Proficiency in general bookkeeping, VAT returns and spreadsheet management
• Has a certain accounting or bookkeeping qualification (AAT, ICB or equivalent)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in working with figures
• Prior experience with XERO bookkeeping software is preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of service
• Excellent organization skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Pro-active participation in work
• Excellent communication skills across multiple levels of the organization in English, written
and oral
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight monthly deadlines
• Ability to perform both autonomously and within the team
